Cancellation Policy – Beauty Resista

At Beauty Resista, we prepare and pack cosmetic ingredients under hygienic standards. To ensure fast dispatch and product safety, we follow a strict cancellation policy as mentioned below.

1. Order Cancellation

✅ Customers can cancel an order only before it is dispatched/shipped from our facility.

Once the order is packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, as the products are hygiene-sensitive and perishable in nature.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with:

3. Cancellation Timeline

Orders can be cancelled only within a short time window after placing the order.
If cancellation request is received after dispatch, cancellation will not be accepted.
📌 Beauty Resista reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests depending on dispatch status.

 

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

✅ Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.

 

5. Non-Cancellable Cases

Cancellation will NOT be allowed in the following situations:

Order already dispatched/shipped
Order in transit / out for delivery
Customer refuses delivery after dispatch
Wrong address or unreachable customer leading to return shipment
In such cases, no refund will be provided, and shipping/handling charges may also apply.

 

6. Beauty Resista’s Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

product out of stock
pricing/technical error
payment verification issues
address not serviceable by courier partner
suspected fraudulent transactions
If Beauty Resista cancels an order, full refund will be issued.
