  1. Disclaimer for Natural Products

As our products are natural:

  • slight variation in color, aroma, consistency, or texture may occur
  • seasonal/climatic factors may affect product thickness (especially butters and oils)

These are normal characteristics of natural cosmetic ingredients and do not qualify as defect.

 

  1. Pricing & Payment
  • Product prices are listed in INR (₹) inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned on product page.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, offers, product information at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay / Shopify Payments / UPI / Cards / Netbanking.
  • Beauty Resista does not store your card or banking details.
  1. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order:

  • you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as applicable)
  • the order is considered accepted only after successful payment confirmation

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to:

  • product out of stock
  • incomplete address / incorrect details
  • suspected fraud or misuse
  • pricing/technical errors
  • payment verification failure

If we cancel your prepaid order, a full refund will be initiated.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy available on the Website.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festivals, or service limitations.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch/shipment.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  1. Return & Refund Policy (Strict Hygiene Policy)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Beauty Resista follows a strict no return and no refund policy for cosmetic ingredients once delivered.

Refund/replacement will be considered only if:
✅ product received is damaged/leaked
✅ wrong item delivered
✅ item missing from package

Unboxing Video Mandatory

For any such claim, an unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Customer is responsible for safe use of products.

We recommend:

  • patch test before use
  • keep away from children
  • avoid contact with eyes
  • do not apply on broken/irritated skin
  • consult doctor if pregnant, nursing, or under medical treatment (especially for essential oils)

Beauty Resista is not responsible for individual allergic reactions, misuse, overuse, or improper formulation.

  • product descriptions
  • logos
  • brand name
  • packaging designs
  • graphics, text, and videos

is the intellectual property of Beauty Resista and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

  • upload malicious code or attempt hacking
  • provide false information
  • violate any laws or regulations
  • misuse discounts/coupons in a fraudulent manner

We reserve the right to block access or cancel orders for suspicious activity.

  • delays due to courier services
