At Beauty Resista, we aim to deliver your order safely and quickly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and ship orders.

  1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India only.

  1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

✅ Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  1. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on the shipping address and courier availability:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities/Towns: 4–8 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 6–12 business days

Delivery time may vary during festivals, sales, natural calamities, courier delays, or government restrictions.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

We may offer:

  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1000
  1. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking number / AWB details via Email / SMS / WhatsApp
  • Tracking link (if available)

  1. Delivery Partners

We ship using trusted courier/logistics partners such as:

  • Shiprocket / Delhivery / DTDC / Blue Dart / India Post (as applicable)

Courier partner selection may vary depending on serviceability at your location.

 

  1. Delivery Attempt & Unsuccessful Delivery

Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address
  • unreachable phone number
  • customer unavailable
  • refusal to accept delivery

then the order may be returned to us.

👉 In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges
  1. Address & Contact Details Responsibility

Customers are requested to enter complete and accurate details at checkout including:

  • Full delivery address with pincode
  • Landmark (if required)
  • Active mobile number

Beauty Resista will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information entered by the customer.

  1. Damaged / Missing / Wrong Products

If you receive a package in damaged condition or with missing/wrong items:

✅ Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • clear unboxing video (mandatory for claims)
  • photos of product/package label

  1. Shipping of Natural Products Disclaimer

Beauty Resista sells natural ingredients such as butters, oils, and essential oils. Due to nature of products:

  • slight variation in color, aroma or texture may occur
  • seasonal changes may affect consistency

This does not qualify as damage or defect.
