Return & Refund Policy – Beauty Resista

At Beauty Resista, we take great care in ensuring that every product is packed hygienically and shipped safely. Since we sell cosmetic ingredients and personal care raw materials, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is delivered, except in limited cases mentioned below.

  1. No Return / No Refund Policy

Beauty Resista sells products such as:

  • Carrier Oils
  • Essential Oils
  • Cosmetic Butters (Shea, Mango, Cocoa, Kokum etc.)
  • Raw ingredients / DIY cosmetic materials
  • Natural skincare/haircare ingredients

These products are non-returnable and non-refundable because:

✅ they are hygiene-sensitive
✅ they can be contaminated after opening
✅ they are used for skin/hair application or DIY formulations

Therefore, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons including but not limited to:

  • change of mind
  • dislike of smell/texture/color
  • product not meeting expectations
  • ordered by mistake
  • wrong selection made by customer
  • delay in delivery by courier
  1. Refund/Replacement Allowed Only in These Cases

We will only provide replacement or refund (in rare approved cases) if:

A) Product received is damaged / leaked

If the product is received in physically damaged or leaking condition.

B) Wrong product delivered

If you received a different product than what you ordered.

C) Product missing from package

If any item is missing from the order.

  1. Claim Time Limit (Very Important)

To be eligible for replacement/refund, you must contact us within:

24 hours of delivery

Claims raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim, an unboxing video is mandatory.

📌 Video rules:

  • must be continuous (no cuts/edits)
  • should clearly show: sealed package → opening → product condition

Without unboxing video, no claim will be accepted.

  1. How to Raise a Complaint

Email us at: support@beautyresista.com

Provide:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of damaged item
  • Photo of shipping label
  1. Resolution Process

Once we verify your claim, we will offer:

✅ Replacement (preferred) OR
✅ Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

Resolution time:

  • Verification: 2–4 working days
  • Replacement dispatch/refund: 5–10 working days
  1. Refund Method

If refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout:

  • UPI
  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets

Refund timelines depend on your bank/payment gateway, usually 5–10 business days.

  1. Natural Product Variation Disclaimer

Our products are natural and may show:

  • slight variation in color
  • aroma differences due to crop/season
  • texture changes due to climate temperature

These are normal and do not qualify as defect or damage, hence no return/refund will be applicable for these reasons.
